Portfolio and Case Studies

Five projects, described in enough detail that you can judge the work rather than take my word for it. Each one names what broke, what I did about it, and what came out the other side.

I have kept the technical sections in these write-ups. Skip them if they are not useful to you. They are there because the people who ask for this kind of work usually want to see whether the engineering is real, and a page of adjectives does not answer that.

Open Ways Transportation

Luxury executive transport, Boston. Website, online booking and card payments.

A brand new operator with one vehicle needed to look and function like an established black-car company from day one, and needed to take a paid booking online. Hand-coded WordPress theme, Moovs and Stripe booking flow, automated lead capture across email and WhatsApp, and an image pipeline that cut the page weight by 86 percent.

LS Business Management

Bilingual consulting brand. Website rebuild and lead-generation system.

A consultant with a genuine track record had a site that described a service, when what the business needed was something that turned a stranger into a qualified lead without him being present. Custom Full-Site-Editing WordPress theme, a 25-question scored self-assessment built from scratch with its own database table, and tagged MailerLite automation feeding a nurture sequence.

RealEZState Website and Lead Funnel

My own product brand. Landing page, lead capture and automated delivery.

A hand-written landing page and a funnel that takes a form submission, validates it, records the lead, and emails the free download automatically. Served from self-hosted infrastructure through a Cloudflare Tunnel with no exposed addresses. Built as my own venture, which means I run the thing I sell.

RealEZState Instagram Autopilot

A separate project. Autonomous AI content generation and publishing.

A system that writes, designs and publishes to Instagram twice a day on its own, for around $2.40 a month against $30 to $100 for the equivalent subscription. Self-hosted containers, custom Flask APIs, and structured AI output. It also includes the part most write-ups leave out: eighteen hours of work discarded mid-project once I traced the failure to a null column that was silently stopping the scheduler firing.

Social Automation Rescue

Client engagement. Incident response and reliability engineering.

A pipeline publishing for three brands had been reporting healthy on every dashboard while publishing nothing for over two weeks. Six structurally different failures were producing one identical symptom. All six fixed at the root, and a monitor built around the only signal that actually proves the system works. Delivered white-label.

What these have in common

  • Built, not assembled. Two custom WordPress themes, a hand-written landing page, and self-hosted infrastructure. No page-builder templates.
  • They do something. Each one takes a booking, captures a lead, or removes a daily task. A site that only describes a business is a brochure.
  • The failures are written down. Cache layers serving stale content, an API blocking a shared host IP, a scheduler with a NULL column stopping it firing. That is where most of the real work went.
  • Nothing is locked to me. Client-editable content, externalized credentials, documented rollback. You should be able to hire someone else afterwards without starting over.
