BRATechSystems LLC (“BRATechSystems”, “we”, “us”) operates bratechsystems.com and provides IT support, cybersecurity, cloud, website development and related technology services. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
We are a small business based in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Information you give us
When you fill in a form on this site, request a quote, or contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we collect the information you choose to provide. That typically includes:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your company name, where you provide it
- Whatever you write in the message field
We use this only to respond to you, to prepare a quote or proposal, and to deliver services you ask us for. If you become a client, we keep this information as part of our business records.
Form submissions are both emailed to us and stored in this website’s database. We keep stored submissions for up to two years, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time by emailing info@bratechsystems.com, and we will remove it from both our inbox and the website database.
Information collected automatically
Like nearly all websites, our web server records standard technical information each time a page is requested. This includes your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, the page you requested, the page you came from, and the date and time. This data is generated by the hosting platform, is used for security and troubleshooting, and is not used to build a profile of you.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies:
- Functional cookies set by WordPress, which keep the site working correctly and remember basic preferences.
- Performance cookies set by our caching software, which help pages load faster.
- Third-party cookies that may be set by the Google reviews widget displayed on our pages.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop you using the site, though some elements may not display correctly.
Third parties we use
We rely on a small number of service providers to run this website and our business. Each of them may process limited information about you in the course of providing their service:
- Hostinger — website hosting and server logs.
- Google — Search Console and Business Profile, which give us aggregate data about how the site performs in search. If you leave us a Google review, that review is governed by Google’s own terms and is publicly visible.
- Trustindex — displays our Google reviews on the site.
- Microsoft 365 — our business email. Messages you send us are stored there.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you use the WhatsApp button, your message and phone number are handled by WhatsApp under Meta’s privacy policy, not ours.
We do not pass your information to any of these providers for marketing purposes.
Client systems and data
This section matters if you are a client rather than a website visitor.
Delivering managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud and support services means we may have access to your systems, networks, accounts and the data held on them. We treat everything we see in the course of that work as confidential. We access client systems only as needed to perform the work you have engaged us for, we do not copy or retain client data beyond what a task requires, and we do not disclose it to anyone else except where the law requires it.
Where we manage a system on your behalf, our monitoring and management tools may hold operational information about that system — device names, software inventory, alerts, ticket history and similar. This is used to support you and for no other purpose.
The specific terms covering our handling of your data during an engagement are set out in the services agreement between us. Where that agreement and this policy differ, the agreement governs.
How long we keep information
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to two years and then deleted. Records relating to clients are kept for as long as we work together and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting and legal obligations require. Server logs are retained for a short period by our hosting provider and then overwritten.
How we protect information
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to our email, business systems and management tools is protected by strong authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the same precautions for our own business that we recommend to our clients.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it. Email info@bratechsystems.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you rights to know what personal information we collect, to have it deleted, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you have rights under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Use the same email address above.
Children
This website is intended for adults and for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our portfolio and blog pages link to websites we have built and to third-party resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any site we link to. Please read their policies before providing them with information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the tools we use change. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
