Something has stopped working and you need someone who will actually deal with it. That is what this is. Most problems get solved remotely within the same conversation. When they can’t, we come to you — across Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Parrish, Ellenton, Palmetto and Sarasota.

Remote first, because it is usually faster

A remote session starts as soon as you are ready. There is no drive, no scheduling around traffic on 64, and you can watch what is being done on your own screen. Software faults, email problems, printer drivers, slow machines, account lockouts and most Microsoft 365 issues are all resolved this way.

Remote is not a lesser version of the service. For anything that lives in software it is simply the better tool, and it means you are not waiting on a van.

On site, because some things need hands

Other problems cannot be fixed down a wire. A machine that will not power on. A network that needs cabling, a new firewall or access points placed properly. A server that needs physical work. An office move. A new computer that needs setting up on the desk it will live on.

For those, we come out. On-site work covers Manatee County and Sarasota, and you deal with the same people who took the original call — not a dispatched contractor reading your ticket for the first time.

What gets handled

For businesses

  • Computers and servers that are slow, failing or will not start
  • Microsoft 365 — email, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, sign-in problems
  • Networks, Wi-Fi, firewalls and the cabling behind them
  • Printers, scanners and the shared devices nobody owns until they break
  • New starters, leavers and moving someone to a new machine
  • Virus and ransomware clean-up, and working out how it got in

For households

  • Repairs, clean-ups and virus removal
  • Wi-Fi that drops in half the house
  • A new computer set up with everything moved across — files, email, printers, passwords
  • Scam and fraud clean-up, including what to change afterwards
  • Patient one-to-one help for anyone who would rather be shown than told

How it works

Tell us what broke. WhatsApp, phone or the form. Plain language is fine — describing it badly is not a problem at this end. “It makes a noise and then nothing happens” is a useful description.

We work out what it is. Often remotely, and often that is where it ends. If it needs hands on it, we say so rather than billing time to look busy.

It gets fixed. Remote or on site, whichever actually solves it faster. You are told what was wrong in words that make sense, and you can ask again later without it being awkward.

It stops happening again. Where a fault has a cause worth removing — no backups, an unpatched machine, a network built in stages by different people — you are told that too, with what it would take to sort out. Whether you act on it is your call.

What it costs

Business work is quoted once we know what is actually involved, because “the server is slow” can mean twenty minutes or two days and guessing helps nobody. Tell us what is happening and you will get a straight answer about scope before anything starts.

If a fault turns out to be hardware, you are told that with the options and what each costs, before anything is ordered.

Why local matters for this

A national help desk gives you a queue, a ticket number and a different agent each time, and dispatches a third-party contractor when something needs physical attention. That contractor has never seen your setup.

Here, the conversation carries on where it left off, the setup is known because it was set up here, and when something needs someone in the room, that is a short drive rather than a scheduling exercise.

Common questions

Do you charge just to look at it?
Tell us what is happening first. A lot of things are identified from a description, and if it is quick we will say so rather than book a visit.

Do we have to sign up for ongoing support?
No. Plenty of this work is one-off. Managed support exists for when you want someone watching things continuously, not as a condition of being helped once.

Do you work with home users as well as businesses?
Both. Roughly half the work is households.

What areas do you cover on site?
Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Parrish, Ellenton, Palmetto and Sarasota. Remote support works anywhere.

What if it turns out the computer is not worth fixing?
You will be told that. A repair that costs more than the machine is worth is not a repair we are going to recommend, and the alternative — what to buy and what it takes to move everything over — is part of the same conversation.

Tell us what is going on

Describe the problem in your own words. No jargon needed. You will be told what it is likely to be, what it will cost, and when someone can be there.
